- Identify anomalies and emerging trends in customer activity, and report them to the appropriate team.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of Sportsbook reports, with a particular emphasis on customer behaviors.
- Manage Sportsbook customers, ensuring an optimized customer experience through an analytical approach.
- Mitigate risks from integrity matches, and questionable customers.
- Actively participate in the development of new strategies and tools to optimize the customer management process.
- Address queries and requests concerning customer limits and classifications.
- Possess an excellent understanding of Sportsbook betting principles.
- Have a determined and adaptable attitude, coupled with a strong passion for the sports betting industry.
- Continuously strive for improvement, with a willingness to learn new skills and knowledge.
- Exhibit a strong team spirit, working cohesively as a single unit.
- Demonstrate detail-oriented and strong analytical skills, maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Bring at least three years of experience in a sportsbook environment.
- Be prepared for a work schedule that aligns with the global sporting calendar, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills.
- Be willing to relocate to Malta.
- Hold a university degree, preferably in an analytical field.
- Have manual trading experience in any of the following sports: US Sports, Ice Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, eSports.
- Possess solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
