Responsible for providing and maintaining a nurturing and educational environment for children under three years.Duties of Employee: Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care; Prepare meals and organise mealtimes and snacks for children; Help children keep good hygiene; Change the diapers of infants and toddlers; Organise, plan activities or implement a curriculum that allow children to learn about the world and explore interests; Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity; Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring the problems to the attention of Manager; Keep records and do reports of children's progress, routines and interest; Follow Sanitization Protocols including cleaning of own area. Inform parents about the running of the organisation. Introduce programme of activities to children
Give care to the child. Signal changes in health condition of child to child care workers, parents...
Recognize difficulties or problems in child and take action or notify manager or parents
Collect or update professional documentation for children or parents
Inform parents on operation of care (childminding) service and integration of children during period of adaptation
Organise playing, development and learning activities. Guide children during these activities
Supervise children's daily activities during accommodation incl. overnight stays (sleeping/washing). Help if required
Work with target group: children under 6 years of age
