- Drive revenue growth through new business development and management of existing client relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, tendering, quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across residential, commercial, and contractor segments while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and submit competitive tenders and proposals in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to post-installation follow-up.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting on performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and provide insights on market trends and competition.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or a related sector.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in project-based sales is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Maltese and English.
- Commercially driven, well-organised, and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Full, clean driving licence.
