Accounts Payable Executive (Accounts)

• Supervise expenditure postings and verify balances against suppliers' statements
• Aid in month-end closing tasks and compile detailed aged payable reports
• Execute pay runs in line with company credit terms and conduct rigorous invoice reviews
• Resolve any accounting inconsistencies and foster transparent communication with relevant departments
• Manage journal entries, refunds, and set-offs with precision
• Monitor the accounts payable inbox, ensuring prompt responses and escalation when necessary
• Accurately allocate supplier payments and maintain organized filing systems

• Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, consistently meeting targets effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Possess strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative mindset, enhancing team success
• Proactively solve problems and strive for continuous improvement
• Exhibit excellent time management skills and proficiency in SFM and MS Office software
