Manpower is seeking to recruit a Finance Officer to join our client's team.We are currently seeking a full-time Finance Officer to join our growing finance team based in Marsa. This role is answerable to the Finance Manager and is part of a team based at our Malta Head Office in Marsa, from where we coordinate our international operations.Job Responsabilities:

Carry out general accounting tasks, including client invoicing, checking, processing and posting sales/purchase invoices, supplier payments, and reconciliations.

Handle bank transactions, including bank reconciliations and processing commissions to agents and clients.Collect cash sales (cash and cheques), prepare deposits, and record them in the accounting system.Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other financial data required by official bodies or government departments.Produce weekly or monthly financial reports as requested.Input data, perform reconciliations, and assist with ad hoc financial analysis.Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and handling general reporting tasks.Support the Finance Manager and team members across assigned business units as needed.Requirements:Minimum O Level standard of education in Accounts or a related subject.Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.Fluent in English, both spoken and written; fluency in Maltese or any other European language is a plus.Strong organizational and communication skillsJob Info:
