We are the go-to outsourcing partner offering Contact Centre Services, Back Office Functions, Airline Revenue Accounting and GSA Services.We are currently on the lookout for a Maltese-speaking Call Centre Agent to join our growing team.Reporting to the Team Leader, the Call Centre Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and delivering a high standard of service in line with company procedures and performance targets.So why work with us?

Main Tasks and Responsibilities.

Educational and Skill Requirements.
  • Languages: Fluency in both English and Maltese is Mandatory (To apply for this position you have to speak these two languages)
  • Communication Skills: You speak clearly, write like a pro, and know exactly how to make things sound friendly and approachable, whether on the phone, via email, or chat.
  • Team Spirit: You're a team player who loves to collaborate and share ideas. You thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment where every voice is heard
  • Customer Service Tips: Previous work experience in similar roles will be considered an asset. Training will be provided to all candidates.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
