As an Operations Analyst, you have to be able to put yourself in the customers' shoes and remain helpful, patient, positive, and professional.Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering an excellent customer service, ensuring player satisfaction and positive customer experience, by handling all queries by email, LiveChat and phone
  • Handling and resolving issues efficiently, provide technical support to customers and strive towards high first-contact resolution
  • Assisting customers with various queries, ensuring that accurate answers are given at all times, following our procedures, licensing requirements and Responsible Gaming guidelines
  • Understand and follow various operational and regulatory processes, such as Know Your Customer (KYC), GDPR and account security best practices
  • Being up-to-date with promotions, tournaments, and bonuses that we promote to our players
  • Reporting on market activities and urgent matters such as downtimes and multi-user issues to third parties and Management
  • Processing and verifying documents with the aim of identifying forged documents and complying with CDD and EDD obligations
  • Flagging accounts by analyzing behavior, risk of payment methods, deposit amounts, wagering requirements, product risk and geographical risk
  • Analyzing and processing withdrawal requests via different payment methods offered and following established internal procedures
  • Working closely with other departments across the business
  • Handling any ad-hoc operational duties that may arise from day-to-day
Key Competencies:
  • Native level Hungarian language skills and full proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in Customer Support or understanding of iGaming will be considered as an asset.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, positive and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Accuracy and great attention to detail, analytical skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Flexible to work shift-patterns (including public holidays, evening shifts and weekends).

The consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time. However, it does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In the case of recruitment, withdrawing the consent will make it impossible for us to take your application documents under advisement.
