Our client, a group of companies operating in various industries is looking to grow their finance team with the addition of a Senior Finance Executive.The main responsibilities include :

Take ownership of and/or oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and periodic financial reports, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
Supervise day-to-day financial accounting operations, fostering a professional work ethic and ensuring effective communication across the team.
Monitor actual financial performance against approved budgets, reporting variances to senior management, explaining underlying causes, and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare operational, statutory, and regulatory financial reports as required.
Maintain and annually update a comprehensive inventory of the company's fixed assets.
Provide regular reports to the General Manager on cost control for ongoing contracts, including analysis of project costs versus budget and their implications on overall profitability.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience.
Be proactive, dynamic, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve corporate goals and timelines.

Education and Experience

Fully Qualified Accountant or in the process of obtaining an Accounting Qualification
