Our client within the Pharmaceutical Industry is looking for an Assistant Shift Supervisor to join their team. The selected candidate will assist the Shift Leader I in supervising day-to-day production activities and will take full responsibility during their absence. This role also includes ensuring compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and security procedures.You will be working on a 4 shift-basis.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Shift Leader I in overseeing production operations in the FDF unit.
  • Take charge of shift activities in the absence of the Shift Leader I.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality, safety, hygiene, and workplace security.
  • Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • Contribute to a productive and team-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum O' Level standard of education, preferably in a technical or scientific subject.
  • Availability to work on a rotational shift basis.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented and aligned with the company's values.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Confident, proactive, and highly organised.
  • Computer literate.
