One of the largest ship registration service providers in Malta, specialising in commercial vessels, is looking for a Shipping Finance Admin to join their growing team. The selected candidate will form part of a dynamic team and will be handling an internationally diversified portfolio.The role offers a salary of €25K.Kindly note that fluency in Maltese is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.Role and Responsibilities
  • Managing and prioritising invoice generation
  • Following up on outstanding payments
  • Preparing invoices and ensuring timely settlement
  • Handling client queries related to invoicing and coordinating resolutions
  • Providing general support to the shipping department, including tasks such as issuing vessel and crew certificates, filing, and archiving
Skills and Experience
  • A-level education
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written Maltese and English (non-negotiable)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
