Sous Chef

• Must have previous work experience in the role being offered

• Should be able to work under pressure and work shifts, including evening, weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment.

• Should be able to work on own initiative and under minimum supervision.

• Should be a team player

• Must be Hardworking

• Should be Punctual

• Must follow all hygiene regulations (including HACCP)

• Must be able to speak in English well (if s/he is not a Maltese nationality)

• Have previous work experience in a similar role.
• Third Country Nationals must have the skill card at hand.
• Only Candidates already living in Malta will be considered for the job.
