Project Manager

• You will be responsible for overseeing building projects from initial planning through final completion.
• You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations.
• You will require thorough knowledge of Maltese construction laws and planning procedures.
• The Project Manager must understand and comply with standards set by the Building and Construction Authority.
• They must also be familiar with requirements established by the Planning Authority.
• The Project Manager coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• You will prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules while monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
• The role involves conducting regular site visits to ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to quality standards.
• You will manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and oversee subcontractor performance throughout the project lifecycle.

• You will preferably have a related qualification
• You have proven experience in handling large scale construction projects
• Be diligent and timely
• You must be assertive yet approachable
• Have excellent relationship skills
• You must be strategic position, dynamic and results-driven professional who can lead, inspire, and optimize performance across a multidisciplinary management team while steering the business toward continued growth and long-term success
