- Assist Builders and Shutterers with daily construction site tasks
- Prepare, move, and organise construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Support with basic construction activities under the supervision of skilled workers
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite
- Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure work is carried out efficiently
- Support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations
- Previous experience assisting a Builder or Shutterer on construction sites is required
- Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and site practices
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Willingness to learn and develop skills within the construction industry
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
