- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product backlog, manage sprint planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on key milestones
- Platform Optimization: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to improve speed, stability, and user experience across registration, payments, and account services
- UX Partnership: Collaborate with designers to create intuitive platform experiences and improve usability across web and mobile touchpoints
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead delivery coordination across engineering, design, and operations teams, ensuring alignment and accountability for platform initiatives
- Business Translation: Convert complex business needs into technical solutions through stakeholder engagement and technical requirements definition
- Rapid Integration: Quickly onboard into existing systems and processes to maintain delivery momentum from day one
- 3+ years in product management with digital platforms (payments, fraud prevention, account management, or gaming focus)
- Cross-functional leadership experience managing engineering, design, and operations teams in product delivery
- UX/Design collaboration skills with demonstrated experience in user experience optimization and design partnership
- Technical solution mapping - ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and system integrations
- Proven track record managing end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Agile expertise including sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation
- Tool proficiency with product management platforms (JIRA, Confluence) and analytics tools
- Immediate availability to join with ability to rapidly integrate into fast-paced delivery environment
