Hard Rock merchandise is a unique part of our business, which requires a special person to create the experience. As an RSA, you will be assuming the role of tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician (at heart).Basic functions of the Retail Sales Associate include:Greeting GuestsAnswering questions – accurately and politelyAnswering the phoneMaking proficient sales transactions – using a point-of-sale systemHandling cash and other forms of paymentMaintaining proper cash drawer balancesDirecting guests to areas/restroomsDemonstrating impeccable product knowledgeDetermining guests needs – by actively engaging them in 1-on-1 conversations and informing guests of product features & benefitsSuggestive selling – using proven techniques (i.e., related items, higher-quality items, transitional phrases)Maintaining a clean and organized storeMaintaining proper product stock levels – through retail pulls & inventoriesDisplaying Retail product – through HRC’s visual display standardsPerforming opening, closing & side duties – cleaning glass, polishing brass, etcAssuring the complete satisfaction of each and every guestCreating memorable experiencesEntertaining guests to create ‘’Raving Fans’’Job Requirements include:Must be at least 19 years oldPerforming duties which require bending & reachingLifitng up to 30-pound boxes to receive/move productStanding for up to 8+ hoursMaintaining a well-groomed appearance (‘’having a plan’’)Following all uniform guidelinesPracticing all safety & sanitation standardsRecycling products, where possibleRemaining calm in a hectic, fast-paces atmosphereDemonstrating a high level of organisation, attention-to-detail and sense-of-urgencyDisplaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards guestsMaintaining HRC’s Core Values and Mission Statement.Why Join Us?Be part of Malta’s one of the most respected hospitality brand and contribute to a culture where quality, teamwork, and passion for food come first.
