To manage inventory, oversee stock movement, and ensure seamless operations within the storage facilities.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of items within the store
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders or invoices
- Properly package, label, and arrange items for storage or distribution
- Prepare orders for delivery or shipment as per requirements
- Inspect and report any damages, defects, or discrepancies in received stock
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests as needed
- Coordinate with purchasing or procurement teams to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory transactions
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with storage regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on stock requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing inventory, preferably in a Food & Beverage environment
- Proven experience in storekeeping or a similar role
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock
- Good physical stamina for lifting and moving items as required
- Holding a valid and clean driving licence
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
