- Directing clients and visitors to the respective offices as necessary.
- Assisting in administrative tasks as required.
- Preparing and setting up meeting rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- In possession of at least an ordinary level of education.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar position would be considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of Maltese and English language is a must.
- Good time management skills.
- Multi-tasking and can work under pressure and on her/his own initiative.
- Be competent in Microsoft applications.
- Have a flexible approach.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, by helping with various tasks as may be required.
