Melita Ltd is looking for a self-driven Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data and Analytics team.As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing predictive models, performing in-depth data analysis, and creating powerful dashboards that inform business performance across departments. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights to support effective decision-making and promote a data-driven culture within the organisation.Core Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate, timely reporting including ad hoc analysis and periodic management dashboards.
Leverage large data sets using advanced SQL and DAX to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Build scalable data models and interactive dashboards (Power BI Desktop and Power BI Cloud) for non-technical business users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and define data solutions.
Promote data governance, quality, and security in line with GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies.
Empower teams to make informed decisions through data analysis.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through data exploration.

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service and Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong command of Advanced DAX and Advanced SQL syntax for analytical problem-solving.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the telecoms industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts, tools and modelling is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments.
