Support in execution, implementation and maintenance of the QMS at local R&D site including but not limited to the areas of: Documentation and Record Management, training management, audit management, lab control, non-conformance management and site reviews.
Analyse data from various sources (Non-Conformances, Field Corrective Actions, Medical Device Reports, and Complaints) to drive decisions as needed.
Utilize DMAIC tools to promote a disciplined non-conformance investigation approach and participate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)-related activities, including CAPA ownership if appropriate.
Support R&D site during internal and external audits. Serve as an internal auditor if required.

Qualifications:

Autonomy, organized and sense of responsibility.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a global team.
Strong quantitative and qualitative assessment skills and critical thinking skills in support of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience.
Excellent spoken, written and read English

Education and/or Experience:

Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
1 year of experience in related field is preferred.
