Our client a leading FinTech organisation providing regulatory reporting solutions, trusted by most of the local credit and financial institutions in Malta is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join their FinTech Branch locally. The candidate selected will join the team responsible for building the product, deploying the solution at customers and handling technical support. For this role GRS are looking for should ideally have a computing degree or equivalent and 3+ years’ experience working on developing solutions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Development of new features and products

Mapping business requirements and processes and applying the necessary configuration changes to the product.

Analyse problems, design and implement solutions

Gain knowledge in the industry to contribute to continuous improvement of the product.

Attend to support calls

CANDIDATE PROFILE

3+ years’ experience in developing in a client/server and web application architectures.

Strong knowledge in data manipulation and data management

Strong background in development of business applications.

Open to utilize languages and frameworks that are fit for purpose.

Experience working with API-Based applications

Security protocols and implementation of a secure web application through SSL

Solid time-management and communication skills

Logical thinking

Methodical and attention to detail

Fluency in English is a must

It would be of additional benefit if candidates hold:

Experience and knowledge in .NET and Microsoft Technologies

Experience with Data Warehousing and SSIS/SSAS

Experience in any of the following languages/frameworks: C#, Java, GoLang, and ReactJS

Knowledge in development and infrastructure management processes and pipelines
