ERP Consultant (Automotive)

• Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients using the Autoline Dealer Management System;
• Assist clients with application setup, system upgrades, training, and enhancements, particularly within finance modules and vehicle administration;
• Support clients with vehicle and/or parts costing processes and related reconciliations;
• Deliver functional support and troubleshooting as required;
• Participate in consultancy projects, including support on overseas implementations when needed.

• O’ Level or preferably A’ Level standard in Accounts;
• Previous experience in a financial role or in supporting finance modules within an ERP system;
• Experience as an ERP consultant working with finance modules such as Nominal Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Purchase Ledger will be considered an asset;
• Alternatively, experience as an ERP system user, including involvement in postings, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations;
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial processes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required; knowledge of French will be considered an asset.

• Good communication skills with attention to detail;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks.
