Our client, a well-established Company within the Care industry, is searching for professionals to join their operation. The selected candidates will work closely with individuals requiring specialized care, conducting in-depth assessments, creating tailored care plans, and fostering independence through life skills and therapeutic activities. This role involves setting and pursuing comprehensive health, psychological, and social objectives to facilitate community integration and mentoring community support workers.Key Responsibilities:

Engage one-on-one with clients facing disabilities, dementia, and challenges associated with aging.

Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.

Develop life skills and engage in targeted therapeutic activities with clients.

Pursue health, psychological, and social goals for comprehensive client care.

Mentor and guide community support workers in delivering quality care.

Skill-sets and Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in both Maltese AND English
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates must have a genuine desire to make a difference in the customers' lives, with a true passion for their line of work

Education & Experience

A Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related discipline is required
Experience in disability, dementia, and elderly care is required
