Hold a valid EASA CPL with ATPL credit or an EASA ATPL.
Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
Valid Class 1 Medical.
Minimum 1500hrs flying time.
Minimum 500 hrs flying Multipilot jet aeroplanes in commercial operation.

Scanned copy of valid license.
Scanned copy of valid Medical Certificate.
Scanned copy of the last 10 Pages of the Pilot’s Logbook (signed and stamped).
