Machine Operator

• Set up and operate secondary process machinery, with a primary focus on blister packaging lines
• Handle raw materials and components efficiently to ensure smooth production flow.
• Work strictly within a controlled cleanroom environment, which involves wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain extreme diligence in cleaning down process rooms, machinery, and ancillary equipment after production processes.
• Complete all related paperwork and batch records accurately to ensure full traceability and compliance.
• Use basic mathematical knowledge to perform necessary calculations and measurements for process specifications.
• Participate in continuous professional training to maintain high production and safety standards.

• Proficiency in both oral and written English and Maltese is essential.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment during setup
• Absolute willingness to work on a 4-shift basis.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating manuals, and process specifications.
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and a results-oriented attitude.

• Minimum of an Ordinary Level (O-Level) standard of education or a School Leaving Certificate.
• Certificate in a mechanical-related discipline is considered an asset.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred
