Marketing Coordinator (Maltese Speaking)

• Plan and execute engaging marketing initiatives across both digital and in-store channels;
• Support the development and implementation of campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines;
• Coordinate advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and in-store events;
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare clear and insightful reports for management;
• Manage and update website content to ensure it remains engaging and aligned with the brand identity;
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders;
• Support employer branding initiatives and internal promotional activities;
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively.

• Previous experience in a similar marketing role; experience within the retail sector will be considered an advantage;
• Good understanding of market research, data analysis, and campaign performance tracking;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and marketing tools such as Canva;
• Familiarity with social media platforms and web management tools, including WordPress;
• Fluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of Italian will be considered an asset.
