About the job Courier DispacherManpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Courier Dispatcher to join our client's team. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating daily delivery operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high service standards across all logistics activities. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams.Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily delivery operations and driver schedules
Plan and optimize delivery routes for drivers and subcontractors
Monitor operations and resolve issues in real time
Supervise parcel scanning, sorting, and shipment processing
Manage COD reconciliation and liaise with the accounts team

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or courier operations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills in English (Maltese is an asset)
Computer literacy and familiarity with logistics systems
