  • Project Briefs & Concept Development - Compile and interpret detailed project briefs and formulate innovative conceptual design ideas.
  • Design Delivery & Collaboration - design projects through close collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Design Production & Review - Prepare design sketches to develop detailed layouts, 3D renders, and working drawings. Review architectural presentation materials and ensure accuracy of finishes and detailing.
  • Technical Oversight - Provide input on material specifications, assess contractor shop drawings, and ensure design compliance with current regulations and holistic design intent.
  • Construction Support & Quality Control - Address on-site design queries, resolve technical issues, and support the quantity surveyor in quality control and certifications.
  • Stakeholder & Team Coordination - Foster strong client relationships and ensure design integration across disciplines and delivery requirements.

  • Able to interpret client needs effectively, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication;
  • Able to create and innovate whilst preparing quality integrated design project concepts that fulfil our client's needs;
  • Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders efficiently while ensuring smooth collaboration;
  • Able to oversee projects at detailing and site execution stages with a holistic design and detailed mindset, actioning instructions as necessary;
  • Takes initiative to resolve standstills smartly and negotiates favorable outcomes with determination.
  • Skilled in tracking progress, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple responsibilities effectively.
​Qualifications and Work Experience
  • 5 years of experience as an Interior Architect.
  • Bachelor's in architecture or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD Architecture.
  • Good knowledge on other software (Example. CorelDRAW, 3ds Max, V-RAY, Lumion, Microsoft Office, etc.) will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to priorities multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and holds a results-driven personality.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
​Contract, Location, Salary and Benefits:
  • A full-time in-person position, based in Malta.
  • Salary bracket between €30,000 and €36,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
  • Participation in company's incentive scheme and benefits.
