EasyRent Real Estate in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Real Estate Agent ( Swedish Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.Job Role:EasyRent Real Estate is a rapidly growing real estate company that specializes in providing clients with an efficient and seamless renting experience. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, personalized service, and innovative approach to meeting our client's needs. We are currently looking for a motivated Spanish-Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team in Swieqi. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the local real estate market
  • Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements on behalf of clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and other industry professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications
  • Continuously seek new business opportunities through networking and referrals
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Requirements:
  • Native Swedish-Speaking and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Own a laptop
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • The real estate agent will be hired as a full-time employee
  • No experience is required.
