We are seeking a reliable Factory Hand to join our construction team. Duties include preparing, handling, and assembling materials, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring the workplace remains safe, clean, and efficient for smooth project operations.As a Factory Hand in our construction company, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations in the workshop and on-site. Your duties will include: Handling, moving, and organizing construction materials and equipment. Assisting in the preparation and assembly of components for construction projects. Operating basic tools and machinery under supervision. Loading and unloading trucks with supplies and finished materials. Performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the workspace safe and organized. Supporting skilled workers and tradespeople as needed. Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
