- Define, implement and own the Supplier/Games per Country and Licence Strategy
- Own the full plan and execution of implementing localized casino strategies in new or existing regulated market
- Mentor, manage and lead the Casino Tea
- Manage the games portfolio and the game and supplier strategy, implementing and maintaining a cost-efficient model for game placemen
- Implement, monitor and regularly present KPIs transparently and turn information into action points for business stakeholder
- Drive the product development and functionality around the casino product vertical, building a first-class player experienc
- Responsibke for game supplier relationships and drive the commercial and contractual strategie
- Work closely with anaylsts and CRM team to optimize player engagement
- Excellent understanding of industry trends and the gaming ecosystem, players and their need
- In-depth and experience in industry best practice from a ROI perspective for exploitable game mechanics, as well as identifying abusing player behaviou
- In-depth experience in commercial contractual negotiations with 3rd party vendors and content supplier
- Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skill
- Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical and problem- solving skills
- Office-based in Sliema, Malta, with flexible working hours and hybrid-remote working conditions on a 60/40 basis (3 days at the office, 2 days remote)
- Competitive salary of €55-60K
