Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

• Our client is a leading law firm.

• Assist with M&A transactions, including managing due diligence processes, and drafting or reviewing transactional and completion documentation;
• Provide legal advisory services on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters;
• Offer ongoing support to the Corporate and Commercial team, working closely under the guidance of the Firm’s partners.

• Hold a full warrant to practice and possess a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience;
• A relevant LLM or master’s degree will be considered an asset;
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese;
• Previous exposure to corporate and commercial litigation will be viewed as an advantage.

• Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain a results-driven approach;
• Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
