- Partner with managers to define clear, measurable, and business‑aligned KPIs and goals.
- Review goals for clarity, alignment, and measurability at the start of each cycle.
- Provide practical guidance, examples, and templates to improve goal-setting quality across teams.
- Run quarterly performance cycles and probation workflows end‑to‑end.
- Maintain and update performance‑related workflows and deadlines in the People Platform.
- Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure manager follow‑through.
- Track deadlines and escalate risks early.
- Assist the broader HR team with data updates, basic lifecycle actions, and documentation.
- Ensure People Platform records remain accurate and aligned with HR data.
- Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- Support ad‑hoc HR projects, reporting, and compliance tasks where operational support is required.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, Talent Operations, Project Management or a similar role with a strong process and data focus.
- Experience supporting performance cycles, goal setting, or review processes.
- Comfortable working with HR systems and updating workflows, records, and employee data.
- Strong organisational skills - able to manage multiple deadlines and follow structured processes.
- Confident written communication and ability to explain steps or actions clearly to managers and employees.
- Comfortable following up with managers and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Experience supporting general HR processes (onboarding, data changes, documentation) is an advantage.
- Experience with competency frameworks, KPIs, OKRs, or structured performance tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
- Basic experience creating reports, trackers, or dashboards (e.g., in Excel/Sheets).
- Interest in improving processes and making workflows more efficient.
- Exposure to HR compliance, people documentation, or HR policy updates.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or any related field.
- Equivalent practical experience is also welcome
- HR or project management certifications are a plus but not required.
