This pivotal role will support the Head of Capital Markets in executing the firm’s capital markets strategy, managing key transactions, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in originating, structuring, and executing capital markets deals, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence throughout the transaction lifecycle.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Capital Markets in the development and execution of the team’s strategic initiativesOriginate and manage the execution of debt and equity capital markets transactionsLiaise with relevant stakeholders, including internal departments and external advisors, to ensure smooth transaction executionConduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare presentations and transaction materialsAssist in the preparation of offering documents, term sheets, and transaction-related documentationEnsure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policiesMonitor and report on transaction pipeline, market developments, and execution timelinesRepresent the capital markets function in meetings and industry events as requiredsolid expertise in capital markets and transaction execution.prior experience in a capital markets role is preferredA bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance, or a closely related fieldA strong understanding of debt and/or equity capital markets, financial instruments, and transaction structuringExperience in executing complex financial transactions or raising capital in public or private marketsStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsDeep understanding of capital raising strategies and transaction structuringExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver high-quality documentation and presentationsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partnersDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management capabilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environmentCommercial acumen and sound judgment in assessing financial opportunities and risksRemunerationWe are committed to attracting and selecting top people to join our team.
