At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the Maintenance team keeps everything running behind the scenes. From technical repairs to preventive maintenance, this team ensures the hotel operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards at all times.We are currently recruiting maintenance team members to support daily hotel operations across technical and facility-related functions.This vacancy includes opportunities for the following roles:

Pool Maintenance Technician
Plant Technician
Rooms Technician
General Labourer
Carpenter

Role allocation will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in maintenance, technical, or trade-related roles (required)
Relevant technical skills related to pool systems, carpentry, or general repairs
Strong attention to safety and compliance standards
Reliability, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
