- Ability to work within highly regulated, time-sensitive environments
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Full-time onsite availability in Malta
- Hands-on exposure to PCI DSS assessments or advisory roles
- Professional network within the PCI compliance ecosystem
- Experience in iGaming, payments, hosting, or fintech
- Understanding of PCI shared-responsibility models
