- Assist and guide customers through the website, helping with navigation, account creation, and management.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Payments & Fraud, to maintain a secure and trustworthy gaming environment.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services and relay important information to relevant departments.
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry or similar fast-paced online services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse customer base.
- A team player who can equally thrive when working independently.
- Adaptability to work various shifts, including late evenings and weekends, catering to our global customer audience.
