We are looking for a Front Desk Representatives to help with any administrative and customer service tasks such as assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone and providing support with any queries or complaints. Candidates will be assigned to work in Gozo however training will delivered on a full-time basis during office hours from our head office in Mosta, Malta and selected candidates will also receive on-the-job exposure sessions.More about the role and its responsibilities.
  • This position calls for a responsible and diligent candidate to join our highly motivated and professional team of Front Desk and Contact Centre personnel, who share the same passion for work.
  • Selected candidates will be scheduled to work from different locations close to their residing area when they are requested to replace other representatives.
  • You will be offered an incentive allowance plus an attractive performance bonus over and above your annual salary.
Requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate;
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English, both spoken and written, is a must;
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision.
  • Available to work in Gozo.
