German - Online Content Moderator

- Content Moderation: Review and moderate user-generated content on our platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in German and a good understanding of English to effectively moderate content in both languages.
- Shift Work: Work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (40 hours per week) on a rotational basis. Shifts may include weekends and public holidays, with options for both morning (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) and late (3:30 pm - midnight) shifts.
- Training: Complete a 2-week training program in the office to gain a comprehensive understanding of moderation policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Fluent in German with a good understanding of English.
- No previous experience required, attitude and aptitude are key.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, transitioning from office-based training to remote moderation.
- Team Performance Bonus: Receive bonuses twice a year based on team KPIs
