- Working closely with Marketing Team and other departments, to improve the service by giving regular client's feedback on promotions, products, and services.
- Working closely with Risk Team to ensure customers well-being.
- Contribute to bring new ideas on how to improve the existing offer and how to optimize the achievement of our objectives.
- Collaborating closely with the Key Account Managers in maintaining a high level of service for Key Accounts.
- Support the Key Account Event Coordinator in contacting customers for the organization of events.
- Humanize the experience while ensuring healthy gambling.
- Being up-to-date with promotions, competitions and special offers that we promote to our customers.
- Driving retention actions to create and maintain a relationship in order to increase the players' lifetime value.
- Using excellent tele communication skills to support, develop and increase the loyalty of the players.
- Dealing with any concerns or question the Key Accounts may have while using our site (Offer, promo, issues, payment, bets,…).
- Any other duties as assigned by the Key Account Service Team Lead.
- You have experience and knowledge of the iGaming industry especially in Customer Service.
- You have excellent level of spoken and written English.
- You have experience using Microsoft Office.
- You are native Portuguese speaker.
