We are currently looking for Car Rental Reservations Agents to join an on-site contact centre team in Malta.This role is ideal for energetic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy assisting customers, closing reservations, and delivering an excellent service experience.About the RoleAs a Car Rental Reservations Agent, you will handle inbound customer contacts, supporting Italian-speaking customers with car rental bookings, modifications, upgrades, and general inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth reservation experience while identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services.You will work in a fast-paced contact centre environment where communication skills, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls and/or digital contacts from customersManage new reservations, changes, cancellations, and inquiriesProvide clear information about vehicle options, pricing, and rental conditionsPromote relevant upgrades and additional services when appropriateEnsure all customer interactions are accurately documented in internal systemsResolve customer issues professionally and efficientlyMeet quality, productivity, and sales performance targetsDeliver a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented experience at all timesCandidate ProfileRequiredC1 level Italian (spoken and written)C1 level English (spoken and written)Strong communication and active listening skillsSales mindset with a service-oriented approachComfortable working with computer systemsAbility to work on-site in MaltaAvailability to work Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00, on an 8-hour shift basisProfessional attitude and reliabilityNice to HavePrevious experience in contact centre, reservations, sales, or customer supportInterest in travel, tourism, or mobility servicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
