
Internal Finance Officer

- Prepare documents for staff expense reimbursements.
- Record financial transactions and keep accurate records.
- Prepare and deposit cheques/cash following procedures.
- Handle finance-related queries from clients, suppliers, and staff.
- Post transactions and reconcile internal accounts to support the Finance Partner.
- Process supplier payments on time and in line with procedures.
- Create and send invoices, statements, and any ad hoc billing as needed.
- Make timely payments to tax and government authorities (e.g., VAT, Social Security).
- Reimburse staff according to company policies
- Issue VAT and acknowledgment receipts for internal and external needs.
- Prepare petty cash replenishments according to procedure.
- Ideally 2 years of local experience working in finance and/or accounting
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ideally hold a Degree in Accounting or Finance or in the process of doing the ACCA exams
