Takeaway Outlet Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the takeaway outlet to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing support and development
• Step in to cover shifts when staff are unavailable or during peak times
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

• Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Ensure timely procurement of ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies
• Monitor waste and control costs effectively

• Oversee and manage ordering platforms and POS systems
• Monitor incoming orders via delivery apps and in-store systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with service providers when necessary

• Communicate with suppliers for ordering, issue resolution, and relationship management
• Ensure timely deliveries and quality of goods received

• Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

• Proven experience in a takeaway, fast food, or restaurant management role
• Experience in quick-service food concepts is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and food delivery platforms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
