The prospective bartender will be required to prepare a standard mix of drinks, pour wine, beer and mix cocktails. Proficiency in the English language and computers is an asset.The bartender must be able to prepare drinks quickly, accurately and without waste whilst keeping a clean and tidy work area. Additionally, the bartender must ensure that the bar is well-stocked and be able to run a deli counter as required. The bartender must be able to monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies, control stock and prepare stock reconciliations.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.Competencies

Prepare hot or cold drinks; tend bar
Clean tables/bar/counter. Clean and maintain bar and serving room utensils
Wash/rinse glasses
Decorate rooms and bar - put them in order
Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace
