They will work closely with the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized kitchen environment.We are looking for:

Proven experience in a professional kitchen
Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Fluent in English
Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
Clean police conduct certificate
