
Area Sales Executive (FMCG)

- Develop and maintain new and existing accounts.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage sales contracts.
- Implement sales strategies within the HoReCa sector.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Monitor sales performance and follow up on client payments
- Organise promotional activities and participate in events (including evenings/weekends, e.g. Wine Festival).
- Conduct wine merchandising and product training sessions.
- Build strong relationships with key client personnel.
- Manage and distribute point-of-sale materials.
- Host client visits at the winery with presentations and tastings.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Fluent in both Maltese AND English
- Clean driving licence
- Proven negotiation skills and sales track record
- Strong team player, energetic, driven, and self-motivated
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and field marketing is a must
- Experience in the hotel, restaurant or catering is desirable
- Experience within the wine sector is highly desirable
