- Assist the CRM & Sportsbook Manager on the creation of compelling promotions and communications on a day-to-day basis - from idea generation, planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimizing.
- Collaborate with Gaming teams to come up with compelling, locally relevant campaigns focused on retaining, reactivating and acquiring new players.
- Assist with promotional content, banner planning, newsletter and other promotional material for both onsite and digital media.
- Use CRM tools at your disposal to coordinate a multi-channel communication strategy.
- Constantly evaluate your campaigns, take a “plan, implement, measure and improve” approach in order to improve campaign efficiency.
- Build & automate lifecycle communications in collaboration with the scope of decreasing churn and enhancing player engagement.
- Pulling and organising segmentation lists to prepare for execution of campaigns.
- Write copy, set-up communications and send them out through CRM channels across the customer life-cycle.
- Test the quality and user journeys of CRM Campaigns.
- Support Customer Service being a direct point for escalations.
- Gathering competitor insights and gap analysis.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Passionate for sports and casino.
- Good understanding of Italian Market.
- Native level written and spoken Italian and proficient level of English.
- 2+ years experience in online gaming.
- 1+ year experience in the CRM field.
- Proficient user of Excel and Office package in general.
