- Provide a positive and professional first point of contact for clients and visitors,
- Coordinating office deliveries, office mail, and couriers,
- Providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations and actively contributing to meeting deadlines,
- Maintaining and updating the firm's databases,
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents and correspondence,
- Scanning and filing of documents,
- Assisting in office errands as required by the Office Manager,
- Assist in monitoring the credit control function,
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow,
- Ensure the office is well-organised and presentable,
- Manage office supplies, place orders as needed, and maintain inventory,
- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing of invoices and preparation of bank deposits,
- Supporting the Office Manager in the management and coordination of office activities and operations.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Indigo and Xero software will be considered an asset.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
