- Assist Hebrew-speaking clients with their travel questions and bookings through phone calls, emails, and chats, delivering accurate and prompt information.
- Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on clients' interests and preferences, helping craft memorable trips.
- Effectively address customer complaints and inquiries to ensure client satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support requests in our internal systems.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and company offerings to provide the best advice to clients.
- Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service, travel support, or a similar capacity is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is beneficial.
- Open to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation costs being fully covered.
