- Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist with the compliance monitoring programme and regulatory filings.
- Liaise with internal departments on compliance and AML/CFT matters.
- Support regulatory audits, inspections, and visits.
- Assist with client onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes.
- Report compliance matters to the MLRO and Compliance Officer.
- Identify and recommend improvements to compliance processes.
- Previous experience in a compliance or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in IT systems.
