We focus on using the latest technology to reduce the level of manual testing ensuring you will focus on the most valuable areas of client service and on enhancing corporate governance and the reliability of our clients’ information.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and aboveTraining and leading staffUsing feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areasEstablishing effective working relationships directly with clients, along with being able to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality and diverse relationshipsBeing actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsContributing to the development of your own and your team’s technical acumenKeeping up to date with local and national business and economic issuesUpholding the firm’s code of ethics and business conductThe requirements for this role include:An ACCA, ACA or a recognised Accounting University DegreeA minimum of 3 years of external audit experience within a Big 4 firmExperience of external audit planning, risk and control identification and performing, and external audit testingExperience identifying and effectively reporting any issues and recommendations for improvement to clientsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAn ability to work in teams of individuals from diverse backgroundsAn ability to work hard and deliver assignments on timeKindly note that we can consider candidates with a minimum of 9 ACCA papers, if applying for an entry senior role.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Master of Accountancy - Accounting and AuditingDegrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) 0.
